SAP CRM Functional Consultant -

A Major Business Consultancy is recruiting a SAP CRM  Functional  consultant to join their international projects 

Should have very good experience in  the architectural Plan, design and implementation for customer SAP CRM solution.  

The job location is London, UK and this is a Permanent position

The mobility and flexibility to work in other regions in UK  is considered important.

A summary of experience and skills for this exciting role are:

• Atleast  5 years of practical solution implementation experience in SAP CRM
• Strong product knowledge of SAP CRM functions  -  Product configurations, Credit management, Easy Enhancement workbench, Knowledge search / Software agent framework, Email management, Det. Of organizational Units, Payment cards, partner processing/ Determination, Survey Suite, Groupware integration.
• Having good presales and strong client network and experience in influencing key stakeholders is a distinct advantage
• SAP CRM certification is good to have.
• Good experience in Web UI CRM 2007 - Configuration, Application MVC pattern and EEWB.
• Good knowledge of middleware initial and delta and mobile components.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation tools , business processes and with Systems in SAP CRM
• Good understanding of contact management - Managing Activities and visit planning.
• A minimum of 4 SAP CRM full life cycle international/global projects
• Good Knowledge on Master Data - Business partners, installed Bases, Organizational Management, products, Territory Management.
• Design architecture based on process requirements, application and system landscape
• Analyze and define requirements for customer-specific development needs or integration requirements
• Review of business processes and corresponding mapping into IT architecture
